Change management is responsible for the successful adoption and implementation of change in the workplace. It enables employees to comprehend the shift, commit to it, and operate efficiently during it. Company transitions can be rough and costly in terms of both time and resources if appropriate organisational change management is not implemented. They can also lead to employee demotivation and lack in development of competent skills. In the end, a lack of competent change management might lead to the failure of the organisation.
