Maths & Statistics
Sent my dataset and the SPSS instructions together. I received the output file and report, and they shortened the results section when I realised it was over the word limit.
The maths work was neatly set out with the steps shown. Two answers looked different from my attempts, and they explained the difference when I messaged them.
My regression report needed tables in a particular format. They followed the example I sent and included a clear explanation of the results. Only a few wording changes were needed.
The analysis arrived on time, but the first explanation was a bit too technical for my course. I asked for simpler wording and the revised version was easier to follow.
I liked that the statistics report included the working and not just the answers. When I queried one result, they pointed me to the exact calculation in the file.
